The Heritage at Millennium Park is a 59-story, concrete-framed building. There is an additional one story below grade and two levels of a mechanical penthouse. The building podium includes approximately 125,000 gsf of retail space on the historic Wabash Avenue shopping corridor with restored facades of four historic buildings incorporated respectfully into the new structure. There are approximately 270,000 gsf of parking facilities for 676 cars on the third through eighth floor. The tower has approximately 648,000 gsf on floors 9 through 59, for 360 residential units.

The basement retail space includes a connection to the existing pedway system running east to west. Access to the pedway is via an elevator at the West end of the connection. An additional “grand stair,” with an alternate for an escalator, is provided at the West access point.

Parking is divided into “Public” access and “Private” access parking. Public and private parking areas are separated by floor and galvanized steel chain link fencing with overhead coiling garage doors at the drive aisles on shared floors.

There are shared condominium amenities on the 9th floor, including 2 landscaped sundecks; a fitness center, exercise facilities, pool, and whirlpool; a hospitality room with full kitchen, media/entertainment room, and guest powder rooms; a business center; and 2 guest suites. There are also 4 typical condominium units located at the north end of the 9th floor.
